inister Simbachawene: "Permission who chairs Local governments use seals

Minister of State in the President's Office, Regional Administration and Local Government (OR-TAMISEMI) Hon. George Simbachawene has issued a formal statement as the government of cancellation guidelines were issued in November 2016 of urging chairmen not to use stamps, so now who married this manual and seals that will be used as frequently as they continue to look at ways of dealing with the Chairmen immoral to the public.
