The second statement of economists and lawyers that made the investigation of minerals contained in containers with sand mining created by President Joseph Magufuli, has revealed that the company ACACIA Mining Plc does not warrant and working illegally.
Prof. Osoro said that his committee found that Acacia is not justified to make its operations in the country and has done wrong, including acquiring property by deception, economic sabotage, criminal and dip national loss.
Furthermore Committee Prof. Osoro Makinikia revealed that exports of the country were not makinikia exactly, but it was different minerals while adding that in contracts of sale of such makinikia, the government was not part of the agreements.
Prof. Osoro added that the total revenue that the government has lost is Tsh. 68.6 trilion budget equivalent to two years of income tax that the country has lost nation is Tsh. TRIL 55.07, royalty TRIL 11 TRIL 1.6 port. and that the total value of all minerals on 44,277 containers since 1998 is Tsh. TRIL 132.56.
