B2B Back office Support - Tigo Tanzania B2B Back office Support (Grade 9)
JOB PURPOSE
Assist and provide corporate sales team with excellent customer service
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own Subsidy Process by initiating requests and handling frequent Audits as per Internal Control requirements
• Execute Regional Corporate Sales Team Activation, Plan Changes and Deactivation requests as per agreed SLAs
• Become Sales Team’s contact point for all back-office activities such as Business Proposal writing and Contract
preparation as advise by the responsible team
• Supervise compliance and established procedures for Tigo
• Support to the Corporate Sales Team in all Controls and procedures.
• Issuing ad-hoc reports requested by the management
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or other related fields
• At least 1 year experience in related field
CORE COMPETENCIES
• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
• Ability to manage priorities
• Very strong troubleshooting skills
