Judge Mbeya's Judge Magistrate's Court has dismissed the charges against members of the Mbeya Regional Council, Tanzania, Joseph Mbilinyi (Sugu) and Chadema Regional Secretary of Southern Highlanders, Emmanuel Masonga after having been in custody for 24 days.
The sources of information have explained that Sundays have been suspended for a long time by the court on the grounds of the Republic, claiming that they are afraid of their security and that their advice will be heard quickly and rapidly.
The case facing them is allegedly using abusive language against President John Magufuli.
The Judge Magistrate Michael Mteite has left them in custody after the defense lawyer, Peter Kibatala, told the court that he had closed his testimony where six witnesses testified.
Both lawyers agreed that February 19 would submit a summary of the case to the court there.
Magistrate Mteite has agreed with the argument of the lawyers and said the judgment of the case will be released in February 26 this year.
"All the defendants are released, and each one will pay for himself a guarantee of Sh5 million for each other.
