A staunch opponent of the government of Uganda, Dr. Kiiza Besigye has said his party will use all non-military methods to make a difference in Uganda.
"We must take aggressive action or non-violence to undermine the power of the dictatorship," he said Monday.
Besigye insists that farmers refusing to send food market, there is no rule how you can deal with it, because all these users will not be able to bear a gun because of hunger action that will achieve our goals.
