Arsene Wenger faces more charges from the England Football Association after complaining about Arsenal and Chelsea match that ended in 2-2.
Wenger said there was "a lot of missiles" on the decoding decisions.
He complained that the penalty awarded to Chelsea during the match on Wednesday was astonishing.
He said "this is overlooked, it's no longer a mess".
Wenger has already been convicted of disciplinary misconduct for criticizing the refusal to give West Brom a penalty last minute in the final match on Sunday.
The Frenchman was handed over to 18:00 GMT to answer the charges following his actions in the Hawthorns dressing room after Calum Chambers allegedly shot a ball at risk scene by judge Mike Dean.
When the match was left for The Hawthorns, Arsenal led 1-0, Calum Chambers was punished after Kieran Gibbs shook the ball and touched his hand.
Wenger felt that the player did not have the ball intentionally.
Soccer law says penalty should be released only if the player deliberately scored the ball and that the distance between the opponent and the ball should be considered.
Chambers was standing two meters from Gibbs.
Wenger said he would disagree about 100 percent of the charges and say: "You can listen to every interview that I have made, emphasizing everything I said without a problem."
Arsenal was also punished for the last minute against Chelsea when Eden Hazard fell into a dangerous area after confronted by Hector Bellerin.
Wenger has been handed over until 18:00 GMT on Tuesday, 9 January, to plead guilty of what he said before and after the match.
"I must say the worst thing is that this has happened many times this season - Stoke, Watford, Manchester City, West Brom," said Wenger on Tuesday.
"This is a saddle that worries me."
In January, he was banned for four matches after he was convicted of convicting Anthony Taylor's league against Burnley.
